Nestled in the heart of the Oka region in a land abundant with fruits, vegetables, fine herbs and flowers, the FAYS chocolate factory reinvents traditions into daring gourmet bites, a marriage between the infinite flavors of the terroir to which we marry the highest quality chocolates. Settled in the countryside for 10 years with the conviction that the earth is the source of the best creations, Mathilde and her team invite you to live an extraordinary chocolate experience and proudly from here, chocolates that delicately envelop all the richness of our terroir... and some invented countries. According to the seasons and special occasions, new creations share the spotlight and during the summer, a sunny terrace welcomes cyclists, tourists, and regulars to taste chocolates, refreshing and original drinks, artisanal ice creams, coffees, pastries and other delicacies. . With the current context, all health measures are obviously in place for your safety and that of our team. In addition to the main store in Oka, our chocolates can be found in nearly 150 points of sale across the province and on the online store. In addition, in order to meet growing demand, a second seasonal store opened its doors in November 2017, in collaboration with Blu gelato & cie, in the village of Sainte-Thérèse.
