Of Belgian origin, he is above all an agricultural engineer by training and passionate about beers and history. In 1992, he decided to run a farm in St-Polycarpe where he grew corn, soybeans, barley, wheat and...and the brewery started in 1996. 

Beer sommelier, he has won many awards and his expertise is recognized worldwide.
