Zengarry Creamy Swiss is a Gruyère-style vegan cashew cheese. It's aged for a fuller taste; semi-firm with a rich, buttery finish. Enjoy it on your favourite cracker, or in a sandwich with sauerkraut. Creamy Swiss makes a fabulous fondue or pasta sauce and beautifully compliments rye or pumpernickel bread and fruit.
