This cheddar, made from gluten free and lactose free organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 36 months. It has a firm, slightly brittle texture with a distinctively nutty taste and fruity finish. This velvety smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cheese may contain a few crystals.
Its powerful, 3-year aged flavour means it can be used to spice up of your recipes while being perfectly suited to being enjoyed on its own, as a snack or at the end of a meal.
