Our Bonheur cookie is a chic, decadent sandwich born of the spontaneous marriage of two cookies with homemade caramel, an inspired and inspiring gourmet delirium. Covered in dark chocolate. A true marriage of love!

The intensity of the chocolate and the crunch of the praline combine with the finesse of the salt flakes to offer a unique and refined tasting experience. An irresistible balance of salt and sweet.

This is Quebec's first sea salt, drawn from the depths of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and lovingly made in Grandes-Bergeronnes, on the Upper North Shore.

Since late summer 2024, Mathilde has adopted Sel Saint-Laurent as the only salt used in all her chocolate and pastry recipes. Gone are the flowers of salt from overseas!

This Biscuit Bonheur is a wonderful celebration of this pure, local salt. You'll see, the little flakes in the decoration are crisp, translucent, pure... and magnificently Québécois!
