You’ve just signed up on the Marché Écolocal website of Coop-CSUR and have questions? Here’s a selection of frequently asked questions to help you!
Q: When can I place my order?
A: You can add products to your cart at any time. You must confirm your order by Monday at midnight to receive it on Thursday or Friday of the same week.
Q: How and when do I pay for my order?
A: We prefer payment by bank transfer, which is processed the Tuesday following the pick-up of your order. Please send us a void cheque at comptabilite@csur.ca. You can also pay by credit card; credit card payments are also processed the Tuesday following pick-up.
Q: Do you offer home delivery?
A: Yes, we deliver throughout Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.
Q: Are there delivery fees?
A: Orders of $125 or more are delivered for a $5 fee. Orders under $125 have a $10 delivery fee. Deliveries are free for members over 70 years old.
Q: How can I check my order history?
A: You can access your order history from “My Dashboard” under the “Order History” tab, or by clicking “My Account” under the cart and selecting “Order History.”
Q: Can I create a shopping list to remember my regular products?
A: Yes! At the top black bar of the screen, you’ll find the “Wishlist” option. You can add your favorite products and refer back to it for each order. While shopping, just click the heart icon to add a product to your list.
Q: How can I change my pick-up location?
A: For each order, you can select your preferred pick-up point from the dropdown list.
Q: How do I pick up my bulk products at a pick-up point other than Rigaud?
A: You must bring your clean containers and bags, labeled with your name, to the pick-up point. They will be filled and returned the following week. We also offer Mason jars on deposit ($3 per jar), which will be deducted from your invoice or credited toward your next order once returned. Only clean containers will be filled, and you are responsible for their care.
Q: I forgot to confirm my order, what should I do?
A: If you realize it on Tuesday morning, contact the market manager at (514) 262-5550 during the day.
Q: I received my order, but some items are missing or damaged, what should I do?
A: Contact the market manager at (514) 262-5550 or by email at ecolocal@csur.ca. You may also contact the producer directly; their contact information is on their product sheet. If an item is missing, check if it is marked as “not received” on your order sheet. Otherwise, contact us.
Q: How do I pick up my basket at a collection point?
1. Have a copy of your order:
We strongly recommend printing your order or keeping it on your phone so you know how many bags or bins are assigned to you. For example, if your order includes frozen, refrigerated, and shelf products, you will need several bags or bins.
2. Bring bags or bins:
Please bring your own bags or bins to hold your products. You will need to leave on site the bags or bins with your name so that we can reuse them. Our stock of bags and bins is limited, so it’s important to return them on site.
3. Pick up your basket:
Upon arrival, speak to one of the staff members to collect your bags or bins. The available collection points are:

4. Check your order:
Once you have your bags or bins, make sure they are labeled with your name and that all products are included. If an item is missing, check the refrigerator, freezer, or nearby areas. If you haven’t received your invoice, it should be included in one of the bags or bins.
