Q and A on the Ecolocal market


You just registered  on the Coop CSUR  Ecolocal Market , you have questions ?

Here are the most common questions and answers that will be helping you. 

Q: When do I place my order?

R: You can add products in your basket anytime, but you'll need to CONFIRM your order before midnight , monday night, to get your order the next thursday.  

Q: How and when do I pay for my order?

R:  Bank levy the next monday, after getting your order. You'll need to send a cheque specimen to comptabilite@csur.ca . You can also pay with your credit card, there will be a 3$ fee for each transaction. You'll need to call to give your credit card informations at (450)451-2787 ext.2 

Q: Do you deliver at home ?

R: Yes ! Everywhere in Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Salaberry de Valleyfield.

Q: Are there fees for home delivery ?

R: Orders of over 125$ are delivered for free and a 8$ fee is charged for orders of less than 125$. 8$ for Valleyfield deliveries. For members over 70 years old, no delivery fee. 

Q: How can I see my order history?

R:  Under My dashboard, you'll see the order history file OR under the basket, in MY Account, you can select order history option. 

Q: Is it possible to create a grocery list, or save some products that I want to order every week?

R: On top of the screen, you'll see Wish List, you can create a product wish list that will help you to make your weekly order.  

Q: Is it possible to change my pick up location?

R:  At the end of every order, you can change your pick up location, picking the one you would  like. 

Q: How can I get, my bulk products if my pick up location isn't Rigaud?

R: You'll need to leave your bags and containers , identified with your name, are your pick up location the week before. They will be picked up , filled and sent back the week after. We're selling coton bags for bulk, made by  la Source d'Entraide , St-Lazare. Please note, only the clean bags and containers will be filled and you're responsable for their cleanliness. 

Q; I've forgotten to confirm my order, it's tuesday morning..HELP!! 

R: Early , tuesday morning, contact the market responsible , (514)262-5550 

Q; I've received my order at my pick up location, I'm seing damaged goods, or I'm disappointed with the quality, or I have missing items, what to do?  

R: Contact the market responsible at (514)262-5550 or infomarche@csur.ca or the producer directly , you'll find the producer's informations under his profile. If you haven't received some items and there's no note on the your order , contact the market responsible.
