You've just registered on the Coop-CSUR Marché Écolocal website and have some questions?

Here's a selection of frequently asked questions to help you!


Q: When can I place my order?

A: You can add products to your basket at any time. You'll need to confirm your order before midnight on Monday evening to receive it on Thursday or Friday of the same week.


Q: How and when do I pay for my order?

A : We prefer payment by direct debit, made on the Tuesday following pick-up of your order. Please send us a specimen cheque to comptabilite@csur.ca.  Credit card payments are also processed on the Tuesday following pickup.


Q: Do you offer a home delivery service?

A: Yes, we deliver anywhere in Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.


Q: Is there a charge for delivery?

A: Orders of $125 or more are delivered for a $5 fee. For orders under $125, a delivery charge of $10 applies. Delivery is free for members over 70.


Q: How can I view my order history?

A: You can access your order history from “My Dashboard”, under the “Order History” tab, or by clicking on “My Account” under the basket, then selecting “Order History”.


Q: Can I create a grocery list so I don't forget my regular products?

A: In the black bar at the top of the screen, you'll find the “Wish List” option. Here you can add your favourite products and return to them each time you order. While shopping, simply click on the heart to add a product to your list.


Q: How can I change my pick-up point?

A: With each order, you can select the pick-up location of your choice from the drop-down list.


Q: How can I pick up my bulk products at a pick-up location other than Rigaud?

A: You must bring your clean bags and containers identified with your name to the pick-up location, where they will be filled and returned the following week. The Market also offers Mason jars for deposit. The deposit is $3 per jar, and will be deducted from your bill or credited to your next order once the jars have been returned. Only clean containers will be filled, and you are responsible for their upkeep.


Q: I forgot to confirm my order. What should I do?

A : If you notice that you forgot on Tuesday morning, contact the Market Manager at (514) 262-5550 during the day.


Q: I've received my order, but some items are damaged or missing. What should I do?

A: Contact the Market Manager at (514) 262-5550 or by e-mail at ecolocal@csur.ca. You can also contact the producer directly, whose contact details can be found on their listing. If an item is missing, check to see if it's listed as “not received” on your order sheet. If not, please contact us.


Q: How can I collect my basket from a pick-up point?


Have a copy of your order:

We strongly recommend that you print out your order or keep it on your phone so you know how many bags or bins are allocated to you. For example, if your order contains frozen, refrigerated and shelf-stable products, you'll need several bags or bins.


Bring your own bags or bins:

Remember to bring your own bags or bins to hold your products. Those bearing your name should be left on site for us to collect. As our stocks of bags and bins are limited, it is important to return them on site.


Picking up your basket :

When you arrive, ask one of our staff to collect your bags or bins. Here are the pick-up points available

Check your order:

Once you've received your bags or bins, check that they're labelled with your name and that all products are present. If an item is missing, check the refrigerated or freezer zones for it. If you haven't received your invoice, it should be included in one of the bags or bins.
