Description

1. Our new cold brew blend is truly DELICIOUS!

   It is mostly made with beans from Colombia, produced by Jose Burbano and a small touch of our Ephémère from Brazil produced by Danielle Fonsesa. 
    
   Perfect for hot days or for your cocktails; Coldbrew (cold brew) should not be confused with iced coffee. 
    
   12 ounce format (already ground) 
    
   To learn more about cold infusion... 
    
   This blend needs to be cold brewed for long hours to develop all the delicious flavors we love about coffee. 
    
   Unlike a hot coffee which is cooled with ice; cold infusion releases no bitterness. A real delight with a little cream and a few ice cubes! 
    
   The preparation method is indicated on the bag and the coffee is already ground to facilitate preparation (adjust the dosage to prepare it to your taste). 
    
   Materials needed: French press or pitcher and cheesecloth
