Noola Pasta recipe


1 large sliced onion

2 Tbsp. Canola oil

1 Tbsp. chopped ginger (optional)

2 cloves of chopped garlic 

1 cup diced tomatoes 

1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper

250 grams of Noola Pasta

1/4 cup dried leek or ½ cup fresh thinly sliced leek

1/2 cup water

Fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese to garnish

 

Cook oil, onion, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup of diced tomatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. 

Add the leek and 1/2 cup of water and simmer for another 3 to 4 minutes.

 

Place the Noola Pasta into a medium pot of boiling salted water.

Please observe suggested cooking time, Noola Pasta will cook quickly (like a fresh pasta).

Drain pasta and combine with your cooked sauce. 

Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired
