With the concern to reduce waste, the Ecolocal Market innovates and launches its range of processed products made from advanced foods. Although tired, soggy, ugly, wrinkled or shriveled, some products, although still fit for consumption, no longer fall into the category of salable foods.
Rather than throwing them away, we are fortunate to have an outstanding cook working in a MAPAQ-certified kitchen on the team that will transform these products into little gems for the palate: compotes, soups, sauces, breads, etc.
We need your help to find a name for this new line of products. We are looking for a name that is representative, but also catchy, attractive and selling. We look forward to seeing your suggestions.
