RECIPE IDEA

Would you dare serve a homemade tartar? With organic beef from Fermes Valens, of course! Using a sharp knife, cut the beef into thin slices. Then chop the meat to your preferred texture. Press gently in the middle of each serving and make a depression. Sprinkle tartar lightly witholive oil and fill the center of each serving with a raw eggyolk. Surround it with a pinch of coarse sea salt from Newfoundland, freshly ground rainbow peppermayonnaise, organic tamari, chopped pickles and chives, capers, mustard, horseradish and hot sauce. Every mouthful of tasty beef will be different and unique. Compliments are assured! Tartar is traditionally served with fries or French baguette, and a salad.
