milk. It benefits from a aging period of 45 days. Under its orange rind hides
an ivory paste with a creamy texture and soft farmhouse aromas of butter and
herbs. On the palate, it is unctuous and melting. It tastes of hazelnut, cream,
butter and also has a clover note on the finish. Its flavor is slightly acidic
and salty, without bitterness.
