Fauxmage double cream

Description

Creamy and firm, Zengarry Double Crème Brie style cashew cheese melts in your mouth. Pair it with a red pepper jelly or fruit compote. Serve Zengarry Double Crème at room temperature for a softer texture, or try it in one of our many recipes.  For a special holiday treat, try baking it as a Brie en Croûte with Spiced Cranberry Sauce.
