Introducing our new soy-free and gluten-free split pea / chickpea miso. Fermented for only 1 year, this pale yellow miso is sweet and salty. It contains half the salt of long-fermented miso.
A recipe suggests you use white miso? Go no further! This amber-white miso is a white miso, comparable to traditional Japanese white miso or shiro miso, but without soy or gluten! In fact, it's generally much paler than other white misos on the North American market!
