Local Salsa. Made with local tomatoes that taste like summer, local peppers, jalapenos from Amelot and Serres St-Laz, onions from Julie and Lova and garlic scapes from Ail de la Montagne, it's hard to get more local than this!
Since the tomatoes in this recipe are peeled and we hate food waste, we're in the process of preparing an original product with the peels! Stay tuned!
