This Dutch gouda was air-dried in a cellar for at least 12 months. This aging process translates into a more pronounced flavour with hints of fruit and hazelnut. Its caramel-coloured rind is very firm.

Pasteurized organic milk, Sea salt, Bacterial culture, Calcium chloride, Microbial enzyme
