Description
For a snack to share with your friends or to gift your loved ones, the Ecobocal brownies mix in jar will satisfy your sweet tooth.
Quick to prepare, just add 125 ml of oil, 125 ml of water, 2 eggs and mix with a whisk until smooth. Pour into a buttered 20 cm (8") square pan. Bake in middle of oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 170°C (325°F), until toothpick inserted in center comes out with lumps. Cool completely. Unmold and cut into squares.
Makes 16 pieces.
Ingredients
Organic unbleached all-purpose flour, organic cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, sea salt, organic 55% chocolate chips.
