Fauxmage gouda style aged cumin

Description

Fashioned after a Leyden cheese, a traditional cheese from the Netherlands, this Zengarry fauxmage is aged for a fuller taste and the cumin seed gives this savoury cashew based cheese a rich exotic finish. Enjoy it on baguette with your favourite red wine and fruit.

Raw cashews, water, raw coconut oil, quinoa rejuvelac, nutritional yeast, GMO-free miso (water, soy beans, rice, salt), sea salt, xanthan gum.
